Very Interesting...

I have been very curious about past lives/reincarnation and have enjoyed this book. I am a newbie to all of this and thought it was easy to follow and understand. Check this one out if your curious....

This book will change your life! Past, present and future...

I really didn't know what to expect from this book. I briefly heard the author interview Oprah and wasn't sure if he was onto something real, or if he had his own system that was a little gimmicky and wasn't Universally applicable. It wasn't until a month or so ago that some very trusted professional psychics I know raved about his work. So I thought I would take a closer look. WOW! I was really blown away. This book came at a time when I was really feeling down about where the world is heading. I am a naturally positive person, but the recent oil spill in the Gulf combined with the movie GASLAND I just watched (highly recommended by the way) really had me feeling helpless about what I can do to help this polluted planet. My intuition guided me to this book. I figured, if I cannot do anything about the world, at least I can heal my feelings about helplessness, and thought this book would help. I was really amazed when in his introduction he talked about how his Guides led him to write this book to help change the world, and nothing was mentioned about past lives. Fascinating! It had my attention! I then went on to read his explanation of what all of the great spiritual teachers say, that if we want to change the world we need to raise our consciousness, and one way to do that is to heal our past lives. Well, that sounds very easy and pat doesn't it? But he does have some fascinating observations about how past life traumas are affecting us now and they really rang true in a way Î would not have put together before. For instance, he speaks of those who are always seeking knowledge, going to seminars, reading non-fiction as people who did not fulfill their soul's purpose in a previous incarnation, so they have this sense of needing to fill every moment with something meaningful (since our soul's ultimate purpose is to learn). It really rang true to me, and he gave so many exercises to heal these fears. In a way, something will ring true with almost all of the phobias he mentions, so it's worth reading it through and doing the exercises. I highly recommend this book. Mind you, it is not light reading and it is a commitment to do the process work, But the author's writing style is very chatty and conversational so it makes it an easy read as well. Do yourself, your children and the planet a favor and go through the Transformation!

Very helpful book

The author has many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to share on the topic of past lives and and how they relate to overcoming barriers we face in our current situations. This is an easy to read book that is packed full of helpful advice and information. If you're interested in the topic, I recommend the book without a doubt.

Necessary Healing

One of the many things I have learned through energy medicine is that our past lives do matter and if we can find a way to actively heal them, then many locked doors can and will miraculously open. With expert guidance from his teaching guides, Ainslie unlocks one of our greatest mysteries, and teaches us how we can easily heal the soul and allow our beings to be free of the past...beautiful stories provide deep learning!

Blown Completely AWAY by this Book!

I am a huge past life adventurer and absolutely love learning and reaching and growing through past life work. So, needless to say, I have read virtually everything I could get my hands on about this topic. Just when I thought it had all pretty much been said and said again Ainslie MacLeod presents this gift to the world. I snagged a copy and literally sat down and read it from cover a to cover. I then rushed to purchase the available meditation and his companion book PLUS I signed up for an online workshop that will be held soon. I was THAT impressed with the fresh perspective to past life work. He takes you not just into the stories of "She was strangled and cannot wear turtlenecks now" but into a deeper place of how that directly affects today's life and how to specifically work through the energy of the past life. I thought his three step process of finding the past life fear, finding the motivation to change and then connecting with your soul's goal was brilliant! Plus, he has a wonderful writing style that feels as if you were chatting with a friend, albiet a very psychic and SMART friend - hahaha! Plus, Ainslie dives into many of the bigger picture issues we struggle with as creatures on a planet that is bursting at the seams with stress and frustration. His absolutely nails the Illusion many i our Western culture live under. I do not want to give too much away, as each chapter brought amazing insights, introspective aha moments and profound realizations. But, I will urge you to purchase this book if you have any interest in this subject...and you would not have even read this review if you did not! Go ahead, buy it and then tell me what you think!
