However, after his gum is injected, his eyes begin to close. Then, it all goes black
His eyes open. He looks down to discover in the darkness that, weirdly, he is standing on a tongue... in a mouth
Suddenly, after hearing a cry from a girl tied to a post on a nearby tooth, Jack rushes to her rescue.
He soon learns that the girl is Sam, the tooth fairy's sister, and that he must help her save a large bag of coins from the evil Colonel Cavity who is determined to get them
Jack finds himself in a fight against skeletons, zombies, and a determined Cavity.
Suddenly, a simple trip to the dentist is more than he ever expected.
