Tom Carpenter, has invented a Sonic Disrupter. The device breaks down the molecular structure of metal. He hopes it will be used to clean up the planet. His dream of sailing off into the Caribbean with his lovely wife, will soon be realized when he sells his invention to some big corporation. The U.S. Government finds out about his sonic disruptor and coerced him into selling to them. They are planning a different kind of clean up on the planet. Once the disrupter is developed into a weapon and deployed on satellites. The preemptive strike against the axis of evil is inevitable. The ensuing chaos is epic.
