Talk about good things in small packages!!!

Lots of readers leave 5 star reviews to just about anything they read (and maybe they just love everything). Being a bit more cynical, I rarely read a book that I can say truly blows me away. This is a small book (in size) but is the best-written fiction I have ever come across that both perfectly describes being lost in grief; but also has a other-worldly character that is fully realized. There is, of course, a point where the main character must make a decision that would probably cure his grief forever, but he must give up all he knows in order to do it. Want to know what he picks? BUY THIS BOOK!! It has been lodged in my brain for about a week now, and I think it is perfect - in the plot, the writing, the characters, everything.
