This is the story of a young boy and his father, who embark on a camping trip to the Sierra Nevada Mountains for adventure and scientific experimentation. Wandering over 30 miles in four weeks, he encounters danger at every turn. Solitude of strength, guidance and courage comes by way of the miracle of prayer and discovery of scripture. From the boy's local hamlet, deep in the Sierra Nevada, an awareness, search, and rescue grow nationwide. The young boy is ultimately tested by the true meaning of endurance, faith, and courage while also learning to coexist with nature's wild.
