Must Reading for the Successful Manager

Greg's ten commandments cover the fundamental skill sets that all successful managers do and should follow. Somewhat simple and intuitive, many of these fundamental tents are discussed but not executed on a regular consistent basis. However, if these basic building blocks are followed through in actions and words on a daily basis, managers cannot help but build strong leadership abilities and strong teams around them.
