This book was a waste of money. One of the recipes is steak fries with a black and white picture of frozen krinkle cut fries. There are two coq au vin recipes. The rest are typical French dishes but I'd trust a solid copy of one of Julia Child's cookbook over this, any day. Feels very copied and pasted recipes and photos. Do not waste you time or money.
