Good but high calorie dishes

The recipes are easy to understand. The food tastes good. There is a heavy reliance on use of high fat dairy and fried foods. I've found it fairly easy to rework recipes to lower fat content and calories without sacrificing flavor. Using other cooking techniques helps make healthier dishes.
