The Taste Test

By Lorette Scrimgeour

The Taste Test helps kids think about food; how it fuels their bodies, the way it tastes, where it came from, who prepared it and more... It also gives them an opportunity to express their own opinions in a healthy manner.Including children in an active discussion about nutrition and food selection at a young age is one of the best things a parent can do to help them establish a lifelong positive relationship with food. The Taste Test is narrated by a young boy who used to be a picky eater. That was until he realized, that "healthy food really is my friend." After exploring many different aspects of food and nutrition in an entertaining way, The Taste Test provides the reader with their very own Taste Test. They can use it anytime a new food is introduced. Get the free app FOOD KIDS LIKE for use on your android devices.
