The winds howled through the crumbling ruins of San Delmara, whispering the forgotten tales of a city cursed by time. Once a beacon of prosperity, it now lay in the grip of eternal twilight, its streets shrouded in mist, its people bound by an ancient fate that none dared to defy. Legends spoke of a time when San Delmara was the heart of a mighty kingdom, its walls adorned with gold, its people thriving under the rule of wise kings and queens. But power breeds envy, and envy breeds destruction. No one knew when the darkness first crept into the city's veins. Some claimed it was the wrath of a betrayed ruler. Others whispered of a forbidden ritual performed in the depths of the royal catacombs-one that had summoned forces beyond mortal comprehension. Whatever the truth, the result was undeniable: the city was doomed. The once-vibrant streets became desolate, their echoes filled with the cries of the lost. The rivers ran dry, the crops withered, and the stars above grew dim. Shadows danced along the alleyways, watching, waiting. The people no longer spoke of hope, for to speak of hope was to invite despair. And then, the prophecy emerged. It was said that a warrior, burdened by his past yet destined for greatness, would rise from the ashes of history to reclaim the city from its curse. He would walk through the valley of death, face the spirits of the fallen, and unlock the secrets buried beneath the ruins. His heart would be tested, his soul torn between light and darkness. But even prophecies could not promise salvation. For every hero that rose, the darkness grew stronger, feeding on their fears, their regrets, and their weaknesses. Now, as the clock of fate nears its final toll, the city awaits its reckoning. And in the heart of the ruins, where time stands still, the shadows whisper a name. A name long forgotten.
