The Taking was wonderful

Donald Beman is a master of suspense, his charactors are beautifully realized. There is a certain fluidity to his work which holds it together. In this way, he paints a large canvas filled with details. He gives food for thought nad introduces interesting theories on astrology. Through, Sean Macdonald's eyes, we, the readers, are privy to witness a William Blake-esque world, filled with beauty, innonce, and the destruction of self purification. without these essential stylistic overtones, his book would be flat. The Taking is way beyond surface. I hope that he continues to write more books !
