Born in 1966, Dominique Hoffman has lived in Normandy since 2017 not toofar from Granville which serves as the setting for this novel. She is passionate about 20th century European history and her biggest challenge was to build a story with endearing and captivating characters. By following the path of their lives, the reader is taken on a journey through time that still resonates today.
