This book is my autobiography giving all the interesting details of life I have lived in these 70 years. By and large my life has been a path of roses with a few thorns here and there without any significance. i have had the best of family members who supported and enjoyed by successes, and i thought I should put them in black and white, for generations to come. Not everyone gets such a life and I am ever thankful to my luck and fortune for this. Since my childhood days, I wanted to be a doctor, and I consider this as my lifetime achievement to have become one. The urge to become a surgeon came much later in life during my medical education days, and by the grace of the Almighty, I have achieved what I wanted to. With these details, I am named this book, "The surgeon in me".
