Have used versions of this book for 20 years to help supervisors in manufacturing understand how their behavior can be perceived. Simple, direct and to the point. Easy to read for all education levels.

treat your workers with respect, show them that you do care how they feel, listen to what they have to say,..treat them the way you would want to be treated,....and be real!!! this book hopefully will knock some sence into some of these managers that dont know how to treat other people!! treat your workers with care and respect,..and you will have the best employees you could ever ask for!! what more can i say?,....buy the book.

The Best Guide For Supervision

This is an excellent book for new and old supervisors. It was referred to me by a friend who loaned the book to me. I enjoyed it and learned so much from it that I bought one for each of my mid-level managers at my job (a total of eight people). It gives good, short, home-hitting examples of what people want from their supervisors. Little examples that pack a big punch! And when you begin to apply what you learn from this book, it really makes you feel good about being a manager and about your people...it helps you to see your employees in a different light. A must read to be a successful manager of people.
