Autobiography of an Australian who was incarcerated for 11 years in Indonesian prisons for a crime he did not commit. Every Sunday he would steal writing paper to keep a record of his prison life describing his fellow inmates, the corruption, starvation and torture. He was released in 1996 due to a Presidential Pardon and returned to Australia to adjust to a life of freedom and to think and live with the English language after years of speaking Asian languages. He now resides in regional Victoria. Includes photos.
