This book is for anyone who has ever gone through something. No matter what you have gone through, there is something to learn. There are lessons in everything we do. Everything that happens to us, good or bad, is meant to teach us something. Think about it, we really would not be where we are now without those bad circumstances or life changing events that may have happened to us. We may be a completely different person.
