I got fascinated with sun gazing about 8 years ago. At that point, I had a deep interest in esoteric phenomena and alternative medicine. My health was unstable at the time. This situation pushed me deep into learning about anything not mainstream (it just seemed incomplete and people repearting the same things). I founld a guru that put me on light and healing (versus food and exercise). This guru led me down more esoteric and unconventional paths. I followed the science but the science brought me back to the nontraditional and the esoteric. I decided not to separate the two; it was a smart move. The late HRM's wisdom about the topic influenced me to explore my whole health and fitness mindset. I took his knowledge and intensively applied it properly and improperly for 6 years. Through trial and error, I learned many of the limits to sun gazing, its impediments, things to add to its use to improve its benefits, the limits of the eye, the potential of various simple aspects of nature to heal, photosynthethic laws, and more. Since sun gazing brought me deep into the esoteric and paranormal world (where i feel freer, bolder, and safer), I talk about how it linked me in, expanding everything that I think I know about how life works. Some of what you'll find inside: how to ground, how to sun gaze safely, minerals and photosythetic foods that we never get, understanding the place of artificial light and tech radiation, some of water's mysteries and promises, and more.
Don’t buy this book. It’s not what you would expect. Buy a book from an actual sun gazer Hira Ratan Manek. This is a random man making a quick buck. Disappointed and can’t get my $$ bsck
