The Struggle Is Real: Healing for Survival

Just when you thought you had it all together. You know that you have changed because you have the scars to prove it Now, you're ready to go forward in life in your marriage, business, ministry, job etc., but something else happens. Not only are you angry because you feel betrayed, but you're confused because you are feeling some of those old emotions from the past that you knew you had taken care of. The feelings from past experiences start to cloud your mind and because you haven't fully healed, you begin to respond to the "new" situation, with "old" behaviors.If what I am saying is true, you are currently having thoughts of your past, maybe negative pictures are coming to mind. This means that you haven't completely healed or processed that past situation. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you, many of us struggle in one area or another, it just means that there is more work to do. Instead of taking on the spirit of rejection, let's move forward and deal with those unresolved areas, gain understanding and true healing. I'm excited to start this journey with you. There may be times where you become uncomfortable when certain topics arise but that's okay because the goal is to work through those areas that are still sensitive to us. The Struggle Is Real
