I loved the book. It’s clearly written and through multiple writing prompts helps pave the way for removing unwanted, self-defeating behaviors. Examples are clearly demonstrated throughout the book with personal stories of the author and sound research lending to the authenticity of the process. It can be a game-changer!

Sandra Marinella writes so eloquently, weaving various stories in relation to the topic. It's an easy read and can really help you to understand what you may be gong through, or what has happened. The writing prompts at the end of each chapter are so helpful in writing your own stories and in coming to terms with the path of your own life. She has done much research for this book and simply shows that writing can change your outcome. you have the power to change the ending of your story. She's encouraging you to dig deep and heal your pain and suffering. Even if your not a writer and don't journal every day, this book is therapeutic on its own.
