Great Story with Great Illustrations

I was given this book a number of years ago when I was beginning another phase in my spiritual inner search. While reading the adventure, I felt like I was living it! I hiked up a mountain and sat against a tree to read the next portion of the book, when I read the words about a character sitting with his back against a tree! Reading this book was a magical experience for me. Part One took a little concentration for me to understand the going back and forth from the Observers in the Observation Room to the different locations and timelines on the earth. It wasn't until later that I realized that there were channeled messages from beings who lived on different planets. This excited me and I had to return to reread it. My favorite section was and continues to be Part Two, which is about the One. The channeling is most beautiful in this section. One of my favorites is the People's remembering of the time when this great being, the One, came among them. Two lines stick in my mind, probably will forever. "It was as if He were stepping from a great green forest" and "It was as if He brought the waterfalls of hope upon His shoulders." Man, your heart just opens. The description of the Land Within excited me and I found myself looking for portals or openings while I hiked on my own spiritual journey. The last section is the actual Story of the People. The beginning words are like a meditation to me. "The Story of the People has no beginning and no end." The book encourages us to continue to know and tell our own stories. I found this book to be an amazing story. Where some channeled material is dry and tough-going to get to the point, this book is well-written and enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes to explore with an open mind.
