He has to learn how to be alone and how to fend for himself, searching for food and shelter. Traveling around a rural area of North Texas, where the cedar elm and oak trees are plenty, he encounters a variety of different animals that are not always kind, and people who he is unsure whether it's safe for him to trust them or not.
