But if you need to get a divorce, even as a citizen, they go out of their way to make it as impossible as they can-leading many people to further distress and financial hardship as they pay thousands just to get the most basic of legal forms (not offered by the courthouses) completed. In this book, I explain the process of how I managed to figure out how to get a divorce in Ireland without paid legal counsel-and to remain friends as best as possible with my ex.
