In violation of constitutional and labor procedural principles in Ecuador, specifically in the city of Guayaquil, in the Ministry of Labor Relations and Labor, most labor inspectors omit procedural rules and take very lightly the institution of Visto Bueno in its development until its resolution, this can not happen because it decides the fate of the labor relationship between worker and employer. With ambiguities or omission of procedural rules, guidelines for all procedures, there will never be effective justice.
