At least it will be cool, if only for a moment.The pair in front of us are still anonymous silhouettes outlined by the sunlit exit. They gain ground while we loiter then burst into the light and heat and noise, their identities reframed. Nikita Smith - head of HR no less - roars and tears open her tunic, face turned to the sun. I envy her perfect bliss. She has given herself to the Statistics Yard - jubilant, abandoned and, today at least, unscathed. Her partner namastes humbly towards her and steps out of view.
