Tegan Morris is plagued by nightmares of Thomas' death, even as she has basically eradicated all of the vampires present in Boston. She gets a call from Jessica, who tells her that she needs help in Edinburg. Jessica's way of handling vampires is different than Tegan's: she lets them live as long as they follow a strict guideline of no murdering. If they break this rule after Jessica makes an agreement with them, she disposes of them. Tegan disapproves of these methods of dealing with vampires since she thinks they're all scum, but agrees to help based on Jessica's rules despite their disagreement. Tegan has no idea of the turmoil she stepped In. This is a short story on vampire romance.
