The Staff

The staff with which Jacob crossed the Jordan is identical with that which Judah gave to his daughter-in-law, Tamar in Genesis 32:10. It is likewise the same staff with which Moses worked (Exodus: 4:20-21, with which Aaron performed wonders before Pharaoh (Exodus 7:10, and with which, David slew the giant Goliath (I Samuel: 17:40. David left it to his descendants, and the Dravidic kings used it as a scepter until the destruction of the Temple, when it miraculously disappeared. This book is a book of fiction adventure. Although the staff was a real item sent by God to lead His chosen few, and the Bible verses used in this book are true, this book tells stories about what might happen to certain individuals if the staff were to suddenly appear today, and what we might do to help others or to help ourselves.
