Levi Frazier, Jr. is an award-winning author and an Associate Professor at Southwest Tennessee Community College. He and his wife are co-founders of Blues City Cultural Center in Memphis, Tennessee. His first children's book successfully toured Memphis schools as a children's play. Some of his awards include Germantown Arts Alliance Literary Award, Southern Writers Project Fellowship of the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, and winner of the Chattanooga Theater Center's Play Writing Contest. He is married to Deborah Frazier, proud father of Ayana, Levi III, and Matthew, doting grandfather of Leah and Michaela, and the close knit sibling of Gwen and Forestine Frazier.
