The Spindle's Touch: A Sleeping Beauty Story

By Dorian Tsukioka

Once Touched by the Sleeping Beauty Curse...
...The Spindle Steals Your Soul

Princess Anna of Kyiv doesn't believe in the Sleeping Beauty curse, or the Spindle: the evil spirit fated to steal her soul, causing her death on her eighteenth birthday. It's just a fairy tale -- a silly superstition to explain away the fates of first-born princesses in her family line. Yet, something hunts her from the darkness, whether she believes in it or not.

Brandr, a Varangian prince from the north, has his own demons to contend with. While trying to prove his worth as a warrior on his father's quest, Zirnitra, the dragon demon, haunts his dreams, reminding him of the blood on his hands and the sins he's trying to hide. But there is no escape from his guilt and the demon's continual torment.

Fates intertwine, and the lives of future generations hang in the balance when Anna and Brandr fight for their souls against Zirnirta and the demons of Darkness.

Set in medieval Ukraine and Byzantium, The Spindle's Touch is a faith-based tale of sin and redemption, Darkness and Light. You'll love this historical retelling of the Sleeping Beauty story because it turns the classic tale on its head -- no one is who they seem to be.

This is the fourth stand-alone novel in the Fairy Tales Through Time series.
