These are "old fashion" desserts.

This book is 24 years old & an interesting read. Recipes include: Indian pudding, Caramel bread pudding, several rice puddings & tapiocas. There is a section of spiced & steamed puddings, fresh fruit desserts, custards & souffles, ice creams & other frozen desserts. Also recipes for sauces that can be use on all these desserts, brandied strawberry sauce, bourbon sauce, wine custard sauce, lemon sauce , orange sauce, hot fudge, sherried chocolate sauce, butterscotch and caramel sauces.
