Lacking pictures kind of ruins it...

This isn't new; it's just the original first three Rebecca books mashed up into one, picture-less book named "a classic". Sure, it still has the story, but it doesn't have the magic of pictures that bring it to life. Get the new, abridged version with Rebecca posing with her hat on, or just read the original ones. "The Sound of Applause: A Rebecca Classic Volume 1" isn't worth it.
