This is because the condition didn't match the description—not the contents of the book.

This was listed as in Very Good condition, but about the first third of the book was loose from the binding and came out in my hand; all of the corners were dog-eared; and there was copious writing on the pages. I have contacted support and they immediately responded to let me know that they are working on it.
