The Solution outlines what is wrong with computers and why. It points in the direction of improvement, particularly with regard to the needs of organizations, businesses and governments. The point is that technologists have given us fantastic tools, but we need to make better use of these tools than they know how. We need to be in better touch with our own knowledge and we need to learn to make systems work. Although fluidity and other methods are referred to herein, The Solution deals with the need to affirm our important roles in the embrace and use of technology. Permanescence is our opportunity to make use of this important link in persistent, permanent ways. After all, machines are made for us, not we for them.
