Stunning!

Dane Coolidge, in "The Soldier's Way" has written a winner! Based in the time of Pancho Villa and set under the leadership of General Montano, this book is outstanding. Sargeant Bogan, recruiter for Montano, did not always use gentle means. Gambling and women were weapons for his efforts, and Bruce Whittle was only one more body in the big picture. $10,000 was the prize but the cost was a long, hard battle for life as the Cavalry rode in pursuit! Leisure Books, along with the Coolidge estate, has restored this mansuscript from the 1917 draft and gives us a present from the past. Highly recommended.
