At one time or another in our lives we have all suffered from a mental moment. There have been times when we either just sat on a couch and stayed there or even in our bed. The break could have been from stress from a job, illness, children, or just life in general. We might not have talked about it to anyone because we might not have thought they would understand. So, we just slouched on a couch. Others might have thought we were just lazy. When in all reality we were mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted from whatever was going on in our lives.
