The SKIE Initiative was developed as a way for people who are already leaders, as well as people who desire to be a leader, have a foundation on which to build their unique style and leadership approach upon. As leaders, we are facing increasing challenges in reaching and impacting our teams. A 2015 Gallup poll revealed that over 50% of employees are disengaged at work and that over 17% are actively disengaged.
