What Elements of Style is for those who write, this book is for everybody who sells - and that is everybody on the planet. Everybody writes, whether books, corporate reports or e-mails. If you have only two English books on the shelf they should be a good dictionary and Elements. Likewise everybody sells. If you have a job, you don't get paid unless a sale is made. And you have a part to play in that sale. The Six Steps contains the marrow of sales. Like Elements of Style, The Six Steps is a lean book; there's no fat. It's a small book you'll read and reread again and again, and in each reading you'll have one of those "Ah!" moments. I can't say it better than the Editorial Reviews above. Just do as I say in the title of this review: Buy it. Memorize it.
