This story tells the tale of two sisters who have never gotten along but have no choice but to come together when things get tough. Its a tale of mistrust, acceptance, family, and ingenuity. The book was made in response for Elizabeths senior high school project. This project encompassed an eight-to-ten-page paper that showed the benefits and correlations of young readers and their literacy skills. The book took over three weeks to write and another two weeks to finish illustrating. Elizabeth didnt hire anyone to draw her pictures; she drew them all herself. The book has been read to some of the students at Sequoia Elementary and Middle School.
