Many times we go about our lives and we do not know what the persons around us have been through. We become judgemental at times without even thinking about it. The stories in this book are true and the experiences are raw. I too have had life thrown at me and I have also shared some of my testimony. I have also shared some advice on just how we can be better at our lives from my own experiences. This short book will help us to understand that we are not above anyone and that we share one common thing in life and that is adversity. Sometimes we also need a pick me up when we see that our lives are worth living. We may not all have the same experiences but we hurt and we grow. We make mistakes and we bounce back.
