Linda B. Ennin is an Instructional Substitute Teacher, a Public Health Practitioner, and a mother of Ivy League graduates. While teaching, she noticed that some students struggled with determining which direction certain tricky numbers, such as 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9, should face. This is called "mirror writing," a common phenomenon in young children in which they write numbers in the opposite direction. This led her to conduct further research to see if there were any fun children's books that could encourage them, but she could not find any in the market. Therefore, she decided to write fun and educational children's books to help them become more aware of tricky numbers when writing.
