Linda Ennin is an Instructional Substitute Teacher, a Public Health Practitioner, and a mother of Ivy League graduates. While teaching, she noticed that she spent a lot of time correcting some students who struggled with determining which direction certain tricky letters of the alphabet, such as b, d, p and q, should face. She started researching this issue and found that it was called "mirror writing." It is a common phenomenon in young children in which they write letters in the opposite direction. This led her to conduct further research to see if there were any fun children's books that could assist kids, but she could not find anything interesting. Therefore, she decided to write fun and educational children's books that children would be interested in picking up to read.
