The Silent Santo: Faith called him. Evil was waiting.

By Alfred Hernandez

A mysterious priest. A missing child. A deadly secret hiding in the shadows of Rio.

Daniel's life has become a prison of grief. Haunted by the loss of his daughter and struggling to find meaning in a world that seems to have moved on without him, he isn't prepared for the stranger who knocks on his door, or for the impossible message the man leaves behind.

Then the priest disappears.

What follows is a cryptic trail of dreams, symbols, an abandoned church, and a missing Brazilian girl named Lia Carvalho. Driven by a calling he cannot explain, Daniel travels to Rio de Janeiro, where he joins forces with Sofia Alves, a determined woman with her own reasons for uncovering the truth.

Their search takes them deep into a world of child trafficking, corruption, hidden organizations, betrayal, and deadly secrets. As Daniel gets closer to the truth, the line between faith and fear begins to disappear. And the mysterious priest seems to know far more about Daniel's past than any stranger should.

When Daniel is captured and the investigation descends into violence, he must confront not only the people responsible for the disappearances but also the demons he has carried with him for years.

And somewhere in the darkness, a child is still waiting.

The Silent Santo is a gripping Christian suspense thriller and inspirational mystery combining faith, redemption, crime, danger, and a race against time. For readers who enjoy spiritual thrillers, religious mysteries, international crime fiction, psychological suspense, and stories of redemption, this is a journey into the darkness where sometimes the only way forward is to believe.
