As children, the survivors are robbed of their 'child' innocence and years, making them grow up much before time. They suffer guilt throughout their lives, as if 'they' were to be blamed for what had happened in their childhood. In the face of family denial, even if the child were to open up and confide in an adult, like parents, the 'closure' to the harm done, remains unresolved. These stories are open to the reader to come to their own conclusion. The author would love some engagement, comments, reviews which would help others to read the book too. These stories are based in India but child sexual abuse happens all the time, all over the world. Every minute of the day or night.
