This Journal has room for over 150 transactions, and up to 16 notarizations/documents per entry (even more can be added in the comments/other section). Each entry contains spaces for recording two signers, with all pertinent information, including thumbprints, ID information, and all notarizations performed for each signer. Each signer will initial for each notarized document, as well as the required signature. Additionally, each entry contains verbiage that the signer acknowledges verbal oaths or acknowledgments were given, and each page includes the verbiage for the Notary's reference. Includes 6 pages for extra Notes, a Best Practices guide, and blank acknowledgment and jurat certificates for photocopying. (Please ensure that these are compliant for your state prior to using these. They are the general forms accepted in many states.) Multiple documents per entry is time-efficient, cost-efficient, and environmentally conscious. The Journal was created and designed by a Signing Agent and Notary Public specifically for the signing agent profession.
