Doesn't explain much that I didn't know - an excuse to try to be a comedian

The author cannot go a few sentences without trying to insert a joke or relate their "crazy" experience without actually fulfilling the title of the book - there was perhaps one thing I didn't expect in the whole book and the jokes were cringeworthy..
