The Shintae

After recovering The Shintae, an ancient relic of mystical properties, Maraen warrior Kaer is surprised by the enemy. Left for dead, the object taken from him, Kaer survives his injuries. Charged once more with retrieving The Shintae, he travels deep into the Cantaen Mountains. With his companion Angharad, together and apart, they face extreme danger, adventure and all-out war in their attempts to complete their arduous task.

Standing in Kaer and Angharad's way is Sartae, an antagonist whose evil ambitions know no bounds. A leader, whose cruelty and hatred is legendary. As the mission progresses, Kaer and Angharad receive help from the most unlikely of sources, but in the end they must call on all their skills and knowledge to stay alive. As the venture races to its explosive climax, the line between success and failure has never been so tenuous.
