Excellent book!

This book is truly wonderful.The book's main focus centers upon the fact that we, as humans, attempt to influence the behavior of others in the various organizations in which we belong.In order to effectively influence others, and hence gain power, we have to understand the values of those whom we are trying to influence. This book gives us a lense to look through in order to shape our behavior in order to elicit the behavior we desire from others.I highly recommend it, and I will personally send you a homemade outline of the book if you are seriously interested in this material.Good luck with your quest to influence.
