Chloe Chantel is an artist who lives in the French Quarter of New Orleans and is descended from a long line of Voodoo Queens. She is approached by a stranger who makes an odd request. The man offers to pay Chloe $50,000 to paint a self-portrait. After Chloe agrees, her most famous ancestor comes to her in a dream and reveals the stranger's ulterior motive.
