Perfect size for my purse

I have back problems and my regular Bible is a bit bulky to carry everywhere I go but I do love to read scripture on the go. This New Testament is the perfect size to always carry in my purse. Unlike some pocket New Testaments, the font is the perfect size. I also love the NLT translation which is my preferred translation. The 50 page introduction and notes are wonderfully written and address questions and concerns some skeptics may have. This book is perfect for a new Believer. Some may not like that it is in single column format instead of two column format, but for on the go reading this is fine. It also does not have the words of Christ in red but again, this is fine. The price is perfect so that if it gets mangled in my purse, it's no worry Now for why it didn't get the fifth star. :'( It doesn't include Proverbs and Pslams which most pocket New Testament books do feature. I really love to have these two books with me when I'm not at home. So maybe if they come out with a new edition they could add those? Then it would be PERFECT!!!

good choice

This is our choice of Bible's to give away to people who are seeking the truth or for those that we hope to encourage to seek the truth. The introduction is well written, it is geared toward those that are seeking the truth, hence the title, "The Seekers Bible". It is only the New Testament, we find this to be good for people who do not know Jesus, it's an introduction to the One who gave His life so that we could have true and eternal life. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through Him (re:John 14:6).

This is the Bible for the person who has never read a Bible!

In this excellent new Bible,Pastor and Author helps the reader see just how practical and relevant the truths of the Bible are to everyone today. If you are a Seeker,in other words a person who is interested in who Jesus Christ is but is still not sure,then this is the Bible for you. If you know someone like this,this would make an excellent gift. I highly recommend it!
