We have less and less time for what is most important in life, which is the time we spend with our loved ones. During this precious time, we aim to ensure its quality through the sharing of feelings and positive experiences, and for the youngest, with something that we believe holds value for their healthy development and happiness.

With the little ones, we unleash the child in us and interact with them, trying to join them in their world, and that was my intention when writing this book, to enchant children and the adults who interact with them during this special moment before sleep, where they eagerly await the shared experience of reading a bedtime story.

In an educational and light-hearted way, the story draws a comparison between the development of a seed and how happiness can be cultivated. Children come to understand that, beyond external factors, they have the ability to cultivate happiness within themselves.
