The influence of transformational leadership styles has widely been confirmed to have an effect to organizational innovativeness. However, organizations sometimes fail to achieve organizational innovativeness due to their limited understanding of the relationships between leadership, and empowering knowledge-based interaction that will enhance organizational innovativeness. This study is constructed to fill a research gap between Digital Transformational Leadership Styles and Organizational Innovativeness with the Empowering Knowledge-Based Interaction as a mediator. The result is that organizations should consider the Empowering Knowledge-Based Interaction to increase Organizational Innovativeness.
